Delivery and Returns
This is a made to order product so delivery lead time can be up to 10 weeks. Items are non-refundable unless damaged. Customs fees are not covered for orders outside of the U.K
Guidelines
The safest place for a baby to sleep is on a flat firm surface in their own space. This is why we don’t not recommend using the pillow that comes with the Moses basket for sleeping purposes. The mattress that comes with the Moses basket is firm and flat. Never leave baby unattended in Moses basket especially when using the rocking stand. The Moses basket is intended for newborn use before baby can sit or roll
